Together with the Heart & Mind Foundation, we encourage people aged 50+ to join the free online support group "Kariera 50Plus".

The program is aimed at individuals who want to re-enter the workforce, are considering a career change, or need support in planning their next steps. The sessions combine career counseling, personal development, and the exchange of experiences.

The Heart & Mind Foundation has been working for years to support the professional development of mature individuals and to better utilize their potential in the labor market. In addition to running the "Career 50Plus" program:

• organizes conferences, workshops and job fairs,
• counteracts stereotypes and age discrimination,
• cooperates with employers and labor market institutions,
• promotes age diversity in organizations,
• develops dialogue between employees, businesses and experts,
• disseminates good practices related to intergenerational cooperation.

The campaign uses dedicated designs by renowned illustrator Marta Frej, whose distinctive line work reinforces the campaign's message and expressively addresses the topic of career change after the age of fifty.
