How to buy a gift card Galeria Sudecka?

Choose the amount – from 50 to 4000 PLN

The card can be topped up with any amount within this range. For top-ups above 1000 PLN, the buyer's personal information is required.

Buy at a Card Machine, Monitoring Office or online

You have several convenient options to purchase a card:

Cartomat – a self-service device available all week, including Sundays when trading is closed. Located in the middle of the intersection between the Sinsay salon and CCC. Card payment only.

Monitoring office (on level 0, opposite Cukiernia Sowa) – cash and card payments accepted.

Order online – order via FinPay and collect your card at the monitoring office in the center.

The card makes an ideal gift, but you can also use it for yourself. It gives you the freedom to choose and guarantees a perfect gift.

Everything you need to know before buying

A quick guide to gift cards
A gift card is a prepaid payment card issued to the bearer. It works like a traditional card with a set balance limit and can be used to pay in stores and at points of sale. Galeria Sudeckawho accept it.
You can purchase a gift card in two ways:
  • Stationary
    – at the nonitoring office (opposite Cukiernia Sowa, here you can pay in cash and by card),
    – at the self-service Card ATM (located at CCC, card payment only).
  • Online order on the website and collect it at the monitoring office.
Yes, a gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This validity period remains the same regardless of the type of transaction.
If your gift card payment failed, please make sure that:
  • the transaction takes place at a retail and service point accepting the card in Galeria Sudecka,
  • there is sufficient amount on the card,
  • the card and its magnetic stripe are not damaged,
  • you do not use the self-service checkout,
  • the card is still valid and active,
  • in the case of combined transactions (e.g. part of the amount from the card, part via another method) – the seller entered the payment correctly.

Gift card purchases can be made at stores and locations that accept Prepaid Mastercard. A full list of locations where the card is accepted can be found here.

Convenient, flexible, and online. Choose from three options, depending on the size of your order and your preferred pickup method:
  1. Quick order without logging in
    Applies to orders of up to 10 cards or a total amount of up to PLN 1000. We'll ship the cards to the address you provide, no registration required.
  2. Order with personal pickup in Galeria Sudecka
    For orders over 1000 PLN or more than 10 cards, registration and login are required. Pickup is available at the Monitoring Office (opposite Cukiernia Sowa).
  3. Shipping after company verification
    Applies to larger orders (over PLN 1000 or 10 cards), processed after registration and first payment by traditional transfer.

    Note: Company details must match the account holder. Additional fees may apply for orders of more than 5 cards.

We do not issue VAT invoices for gift card purchases. A receipt is required to confirm the transaction.

Yes, in some cases there may be additional costs such as:
  • delivery costs if the order is shipped,
  • a service fee of PLN 2 for each additional card for orders over 5 pieces with delivery,
  • commission for online payments, calculated depending on the chosen payment method (e.g. quick transfer, BLIK).
